Did
you know at DebtCol you can gain access to an online user guide we
refer to as our knowledge articles? This user guide will
provide you with invaluable information to ensure you acquire the
most out of your DebtCol Software system.
To access the information, you first need to be registered as a
user. This registration will also provide you with the ability to
lodge a help desk ticket and review the progress of that
ticket. To register as a user, follow the following simple
process:-
1. Navigate to the following link https://customerservice.webstream.net.au/portal/newticket.
We highly recommend you save the above customer service webpage to
your favourites and note that Internet Explorer does not support
this site so please ensure you copy and paste the link into any
other browser search engine.
If you have not submitted a help desk ticket in the past, you will
first need to raise a ticket. The content of this ticket
could read “Requesting an invite.”
2. Our help desk team will then review the request and send
you an invitation that you need to accept.
3. Once you accept the invitation, you will be able to access
our help desk page, and this will enable you to lodge a ticket,
review tickets and access our knowledge articles.
Please note that access to our help desk support page is
no longer available by clicking on the help button within our case
manager screen. (This is the question mark in the circle icon that
appears in the case manager.)
